The standard membership fee is $25, however we also offer discounts for some groups, and the ability to show your support by signing up as a ‘keen supporter’. All members are full members and enjoy the rights set out in Section 10 of Newtown Climate’s Constitution, including attending and voting at general meetings, and standing for election to the management committee. Membership fees help cover the costs of running an organisation and help us take action in the community: expenses this year are likely to include membership fees for climate action networks, venue hire and insurance, printing costs, web hosting, registration fees and government charges.
